By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
FeverPlanet helps you discover famous sights, landmarks, and points of interest near your location. The Service may display place information, photos, descriptions, fun facts, maps, travel planning tools, saved libraries, affiliate booking links, and related content sourced from third parties and automated tools.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular sight, route, event, or recommendation will be available, accurate, or suitable for your needs.
The Service does not currently require you to create an account. Some data (such as saved sights) may be stored locally on your device. If we introduce accounts or cloud sync in the future, additional terms may apply.
Certain features require location permission. You control whether to grant location access through your device or browser settings. If you deny permission, you may still browse using a default or manually selected location. Location data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may contact us to submit travel photos, feedback, or other content (“Submissions”). By sending a Submission, you represent that you own or have the rights to share it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
You grant Wiser5 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your Submission in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service (for example, featuring travel photos in the app or on our website or social channels). We are not obligated to use any Submission and may remove featured content at any time.

Place data, images, descriptions, ratings, events, and other content may come from third parties such as Google, OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia, Wikimedia, Ticketmaster, and similar providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or its accuracy, completeness, or availability.
The Service may link to third-party websites, apps, or booking partners (including affiliate partners such as GetYourGuide, Booking.com, or Viator). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for transactions, cancellations, refunds, or experiences with third parties.
Some outbound links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you click or complete a purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not affect the listing of sights or our editorial descriptions, but they help support the Service.
The Service, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by Wiser5 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “FeverPlanet” and related logos are trademarks of Wiser5 LLC.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
Some descriptions, summaries, itineraries, or fun facts may be generated or assisted by automated tools. Such content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It may contain errors or omissions. Do not rely on it as professional travel, legal, medical, or safety advice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that place information, hours, distances, or routes are accurate; or that any sight is open, safe, or accessible. You are responsible for your own travel decisions, safety, and compliance with local laws and venue rules.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISER5 LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wiser5 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service lies in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where prohibited by law.
